Hof Integra is a retreat and seminar center focused on yoga, spiritual events, and conscious group experiences.

As a local business, demand is highly intent-driven. People search with clear needs — location, atmosphere, purpose. When that demand exists, performance marketing must do one thing well: capture and convert it efficiently.

The challenge

This was not a “no traffic” problem. It was a no control problem.

Hof Integra faced three structural issues:

No measurable outcomes. Campaigns were running, but without conversion tracking. There was no visibility into what actually generated leads.

Data loss through missing consent signals. User consent choices were not properly passed to Google. A significant share of user behavior was effectively invisible.

No alignment with search intent. Campaigns did not differentiate between high-intent searches (retreat locations) and early-stage research (yoga, spiritual discovery).

Result: Visibility existed, but performance could not be steered.

What we did

We focused on building a system that can learn — not just campaigns that run.

Tracking and signal infrastructure. We implemented conversion tracking for form submissions and introduced Google Consent Mode v2, so even when cookies are declined, modeled data can support optimization.

Campaign structure aligned with intent.

Local demand capture. We integrated the Google Business Profile to strengthen visibility on Google Maps and reinforce local signals.
